スキー学校開設基準の制定について
概 要
野沢温泉スキー場を運営する株式会社野沢温泉は、スキー場をご利用いただく全ての皆様の安全を確保するための安全管理上の観点から、野沢温泉村が施行している野沢温泉スキー場管理条例に沿ってスキー学校を開設する場合の許可基準を制定いたしました。
これは、無資格者によるスキー・スノーボード指導、不法就労、各種シーズン券の不正使用等を排除し、ルールを守ったスキー場利用をお願いすると同時に安心・安全なスキー場運営を今後も継続していくための重要事項となりますので、皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
Ltd., operator of Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, has established the criteria for permission to open a ski school in accordance with the Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort Management Ordinance enforced by Nozawa Onsen Village, from a safety management perspective to ensure the safety of all users of the ski resort. This is to eliminate unqualified ski and snowboard instructors, illegal employment, and fraudulent use of season tickets, and to ensure that the rules are followed in the use of the ski resort, as well as to continue to operate a safe and secure ski resort in the future.
スキー学校の開設について
野沢温泉スキー場においてスキー学校を開設する場合は、野沢温泉スキー場管理条例第12条第2項に定められているとおり株式会社野沢温泉が定める許可基準を満たし、所定の手続きにより利用許可を得る必要があります。利用許可が認められない限りはスキー学校を開設しスキー場を利用することは出来ません。（スキー学校とは、営業として、スキー・スノーボードの指導等を行う、団体、企業又は個人をいいます。）
許可基準及びスキー学校の許可申請については、『野沢温泉スキー場管理条例第１２条第２項における許可基準』に記載しています。
In order to open a ski school in Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, it is necessary to meet the permission criteria set by Nozawa Onsen Co. Unless a use permit is granted, the ski school may not open and use the ski resort. (A ski school is defined as an organization, company, or individual that provides ski and snowboard instruction as a business.)
Permission criteria and application for ski school permission are described in “Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort Management Ordinance Article 12, Paragraph 2 Permission Criteria”.
許可申請について
- スキー学校を開設する場合は、許可基準に記載されている申請書等を事前に提出してください。
特に、添付書類に不備が無いようお願いいたします。※申請内容の審査のため時間がかかる場合があります。 - 申請される前に必ず『野沢温泉スキー場管理条例第１２条第２項における許可基準』の内容を熟読し十分に理解した上で手続きを行ってください。
